iLut 1.0 · iPhone and iPad · iOS / iPadOS 17 or later

Start here

Import a photo: tap + at the top of the editor and choose Select from Photos, or drag a photo onto the window on iPad. You can also open a JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF or SDR movie from Files.

Import a LUT: open LUT Library from the Look panel, tap Import LUT Files, and select one or more .cube files. You can also drag .cube files into the editor or the library.

Export: tap the share button, choose JPEG or PNG, then save the new copy to Photos or send it to another app. The original is never overwritten.

LUT questions

My LUT does not change the photo

Check that LUT Intensity is above 0%.
Use a standard 3D .cube LUT with 2–65 points and a 0–1 input domain. 1D LUTs and other domains are not supported.
Log/video LUTs are not creative photo LUTs. Convert Log footage to a normal display color space before applying a creative look.
iLut edits SDR media. HDR video with an HDR transfer-function tag is rejected.

Can I delete a LUT?

Yes. Open the LUT Library, tap Select, choose one or more LUTs and delete. The deletion can be undone immediately with the Undo bar. Deleting the LUT currently in use returns the photo to No LUT while keeping your other adjustments.

Where are my LUTs and presets stored?

Inside iLut’s local app container on this device. There is no cloud sync. Deleting the app removes them, so export any LUT files you want to keep before removing the app.

Export and permissions

When you tap Save to Photos, iOS asks for add-only photo-library permission. iLut only adds the exported copy. If you previously declined, enable Photos access in iOS Settings → iLut → Photos.

Photo export uses the original pixel size except when you crop or rotate. JPEG is smaller; PNG is lossless but larger. Location metadata is not copied to the export.

Video

iLut previews and exports SDR video up to 4K, keeping the original audio track. HDR, video crop, video masks and tracked masks are not supported in 1.0. Keep iLut in the foreground while exporting.

Language

iLut follows your device’s preferred language: English or Simplified Chinese. If your preferred language is not translated, it falls back by region (CN/HK/TW/MO → Simplified Chinese, otherwise English). Change the system language and reopen iLut to apply it.

LUT 常见问题

导入 LUT 后画面没有变化

确认 LUT 强度大于 0%。
使用标准 3D .cube，2–65 点，输入域 0–1。1D LUT 和其他输入域不支持。
Log/视频 LUT 不是照片创意 LUT。Log 素材需要先转换到正常显示色彩空间，再套用创意 LUT。
iLut 只编辑 SDR 素材。带 HDR 传递函数标记的视频会被拒绝。

可以删除 LUT 吗？

可以。打开 LUT 库，点“选择”，选中一个或多个 LUT 后删除。底部“撤销”可以立即恢复。删除正在使用的 LUT 会把画面切回“不使用 LUT”，其他调整保留。

LUT 和预设存在哪里？

存放在本设备的 iLut 本地沙盒中，没有云同步。删除 App 会一并移除；如需保留，请先导出 LUT 文件。

导出与权限

点“保存到相册”时，iOS 会请求“仅添加”相册权限。iLut 只添加导出的副本。如果之前拒绝过，请在 iOS 设置 → iLut → 照片中开启权限。

照片导出默认使用原始像素尺寸（裁剪或旋转后除外）。JPEG 体积更小；PNG 无损但更大。导出不会复制位置等元数据。

视频

iLut 支持 SDR 视频预览和最高 4K 导出，并保留原音轨。1.0 不支持 HDR、视频裁剪、视频蒙版和跟踪蒙版。导出时请保持 iLut 在前台。

界面语言

iLut 跟随设备首选语言：英文或简体中文。如果首选语言没有翻译，会按地域回退（中国大陆/香港/台湾/澳门 → 简体中文，其他 → 英文）。修改系统语言后重新打开 iLut 生效。
