Your photos stay yours.

Short version: iLut processes the photos and videos you choose on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking.

iLut is provided by Tianjin SEAR Catering Management Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens when you use the iLut app for iPhone and iPad and this website.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, device identifier, usage analytics, crash analytics, or payment information. iLut has no account system and no sign-in.

2. Photos, videos and files

When you choose a photo or video with the system photo picker, or open a file with the system file picker, iOS gives iLut access only to the item you selected. The selected media is processed locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party.

Your original media is not overwritten. Exports are written as a new file or a new copy in Photos. When you save to Photos, iOS asks for add-only photo library permission; iLut uses that permission only to add the exported copy.

3. Local storage

Your current editing session, LUT library, imported LUT files and saved presets are stored inside the app’s local sandbox. They are not sent to a server. Depending on your device settings, this local data may be included in an iCloud or computer backup controlled by you and Apple; we do not have access to that backup.

Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to any backup copies you retain. You can delete individual LUTs and presets inside the app.

4. Analytics, advertising and tracking

iLut contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or third-party tracking SDK. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share personal data.

5. Purchases

The current version of iLut is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If a future version offers purchases, payment processing would be handled by Apple, and this policy would be updated before that version is released.

6. Children

iLut is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because the app does not collect personal information from anyone.

7. Website

This website is a static information page. It does not set advertising cookies or run analytics. Our hosting provider may process standard technical request logs (such as IP address, user agent and requested URL) to deliver and secure the site.

8. Your choices

• You can decline or revoke photo-library permission in iOS Settings; the rest of the editor remains available.
• You can delete imported LUTs and presets inside the app.
• You can remove all local app data by deleting the app.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date. Material changes will be reflected before the relevant app version is released.

隐私政策

一句话：iLut 只在你选择的照片和视频上、在你的设备本地进行处理。我们不收集、不上传、不出售、不共享你的个人数据。没有账号、没有分析统计、没有广告，也没有跟踪。

iLut 由天津希尔餐饮管理有限公司（Tianjin SEAR Catering Management Co., Ltd.，以下称“我们”）提供。本政策说明 iPhone 和 iPad 上的 iLut App 以及本网站如何处理信息。

1. 我们不收集的信息

我们不收集你的姓名、邮箱、电话、通讯录、精确位置、广告标识符、设备标识符、使用分析、崩溃分析或支付信息。iLut 没有账号系统，也不需要登录。

2. 照片、视频与文件

当你通过系统相册选择器选择照片或视频，或通过系统文件选择器打开文件时，iOS 只把选中的项目交给 iLut。选中的媒体只在你设备本地处理，不会上传给我们或任何第三方。

原片不会被覆盖。导出会写成新文件，或在相册中新建副本。保存到相册时，iOS 会请求“仅添加”相册权限；iLut 只用它添加导出的副本。

3. 本地存储

当前编辑会话、LUT 库、导入的 LUT 文件和保存的预设都存放在 App 的本地沙盒中，不会发送到服务器。根据你的设备设置，这些本地数据可能被包含在你和 Apple 控制的 iCloud 或电脑备份中；我们无法访问该备份。

删除 App 会移除其本地容器（你保留的备份除外）。你可以在 App 内单独删除 LUT 和预设。

4. 分析、广告与跟踪

iLut 不包含分析 SDK、广告 SDK、崩溃上报 SDK 或第三方跟踪 SDK。我们不跨 App 或网站跟踪你，也不出售或共享个人数据。

5. 购买

当前版本免费，没有 App 内购买或订阅。如果未来版本提供购买，支付将由 Apple 处理，我们会在该版本发布前更新本政策。

6. 儿童

iLut 不面向 13 岁以下儿童。由于 App 不收集任何人的个人信息，我们也不会在知情情况下收集儿童的个人信息。

7. 网站

本网站是静态信息页面，不设置广告 Cookie，也不运行分析统计。托管服务商可能处理标准的技术请求日志（如 IP 地址、浏览器标识、请求地址），用于提供和保护网站。

8. 你的选择

• 你可以在 iOS 设置中拒绝或撤销相册权限；编辑器的其他功能仍然可用。
• 你可以在 App 内删除导入的 LUT 和预设。
• 删除 App 可以移除全部本地 App 数据。

9. 政策更新

如果本政策发生变化，我们会更新本页面和“最后更新”日期。重大变化会在相关 App 版本发布前反映在本页。
